Whip up your favorite veggie bowl and add microgreens. Layer in rice, beans, corn, fresh avocado, and your favorite seasonings and/or dressing. Add your favorite microgreens. Add radish or arugula microgreens if you want a little pizazz or spice. If you are looking for something sweeter, try pea microgreens. If you want something different, mix it with chard and beet microgreens.

Add some broccoli mixed greens with roasted beets, sea salt, pepper, lemon juice, served over a beet-loaf and mashed potatoes.

Take a couple of ripe avocados, mash, and mix in sea salt and ground black pepper. Top with microgreens and your favorite vinaigrette or olive oil. Spread over sour toasted sourdough bread. Add a fresh tomato, pumpkin seeds, and goat cheese to make it more savory. For a mild flare, use broccoli or sunflower microgreens. Add arugula or radish microgreens if youād like a little more zing.
